Colour: Straw yellow with a green tinge.
Aromatics: Aromas of Brioche and nectarine with hints of toastiness.
Palate: Citrus and nectarine flavours followed by subtle brioche and cashew nuttiness on the palate leading to a mouth-filling lingering finish.
Oak Maturation: 10 months in 25% new French oak barriques.
Ageing Potential: 5-8 years.
VINTAGE 2021 Dry conditions throughout Winter and Spring leading up to the 2021 vintage has allowed for even fruit set. Unusually high rainfall leading to harvest as a result disease pressure was high. To ensure the grapes reach optimal ripeness, excess bunches were dropped. As a result, the fruit were concentrated with flavours and the end wines are bright and flavoursome.
