AROMATICS – Cherry blossom and cranberry.
PALATE – A dry Provençal style Rosé. Raspberry and black cherry, crisp and vibrant acidity with a fresh lingering finish.

VINTAGE 2021 -Dry conditions throughout Winter and Spring leading up to the 2021 vintage has allowed for even fruit set. Unusually high rainfall leading to harvest as a result disease pressure was high. To ensure the grapes reach optimal ripeness, excess bunches were dropped. As a result, the fruit were concentrated with flavours and the end wines are bright and flavoursome.
