PALATE –Raspberry and plums with nuances of nutmeg and cloves and a rich saucy texture followed by refreshing acidity

AGEING POTENTIAL- Enjoy now, it will develop richer palate with time.

This sparkling wine is made from 100% Estate grown Shiraz grapes which were pressed to stainless steel tanks for its primary fermentation. The base wine was fined and filtered before going into bottles for tirage. The wine was aged in bottle on lees for 4 years before disgorging and dosage.
