Our chef works closely with local farmers to deliver to our customers a unique dining experience, ensuring respect for the produce.

We use 100% free range eggs from our own chickens, fed on vegetables from the kitchen, giving maximum flavour and golden yolks.

Grass fed, South west, dry aged beef. Lamb from the southern forest and truffles from Manjimup.

Our extra virgin olive oil if from a local farm and the chips we serve are grown and produced in Manjimup.

Due to our unique relationship with local produce our menus change regularly depending on availability.
