BLEND – 100% Shiraz
Colour: Dark plummy red.
Aromatics: Bright aromas of blackberr, sweet spice and chocolate.
Palate: Blackberries and dark chocolate are supported by a soft tannin structure leading to a lingering finish.
Oak Maturation:12 months in 30% new French oak barriques.
Ageing – 5 to 8 years.
VINTAGE 2020 – Consistent rain throughout Winter and Spring leading up to the 2020 vintage has allowed for even healthy growth. Fruit set was low which lead to less than average yields across all varieties. A cool summer gave the vines a long ripening period, as a result our Whites are crisp and vibrant with concentrated flavours and the Reds are elegant and flavoursome with fine tannins.
