Colour: Dark red.
Aromatics: Cherry and dark chocolate with hints of truffles
Palate: Concentrated dark berry flavours mingle on the palate, with elegant oak
spice and fine tannins and earthiness with a lengthy savoury finish.
Oak Maturation: 100% French oak barriques – 20% new and 80% two year old barrels for 10 months maturation.
VINTAGE 2022 Consistent rain over Winter and Spring recharged the ground water as a
result the vineyard was not watered leading up to the 2022 harvest. This has allowed for even healthy growth. Fruit set was moderate which led to less than average yields across all varieties. A cool summer gave the vines a long ripening period, as a result our Whites are crisp and vibrant with
concentrated flavours and the Reds are elegant and flavoursome with fine tannins.
