This sparkling wine is made from 100% Estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes which were combined and pressed to stainless steel tanks for its primary fermentation. The base wine was fined and filtered before going into bottles for tirage. The wine was aged in bottle on lees for 4 years before disgorging and dosage.
